Request details

The form saves your name, contact information, job location, description, timing and optional access or hauling details in a private database. It also records a request reference, timestamp and review status. Use it only for information needed to assess the work. Do not submit payment details, passwords, access codes or sensitive personal information. Photo uploads are not enabled.

Use and access

Allen Development LLC uses these details to review requests and arrange next steps. The lead inbox and export require the owner’s authenticated account. Requests may be manually imported into the separate private business headquarters. There is no automatic synchronization.

Contact and retention

Submissions are reviewed manually. Saving a request does not send an email or text notification and does not confirm a quote or booking. Records remain stored until removal is arranged; no automatic deletion schedule is enabled. Technical information

Hosting and authentication providers process technical access information. The form uses a short-lived, hashed browser-session identifier to limit repeated submissions. A necessary, first-party cookie lasts up to one hour. Expired limit entries are cleared when subsequent requests arrive. This is a basic submission limit, not a tracking cookie. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are installed. Copying request text puts it on your clipboard only when you choose that action.
